I know, that you give a discount for renewing the Dr.Web license. How can I renew my Dr.Web license online?
- If you are a user of Dr.Web Anti-virus for Windows — either 1 user or 2 user license, chose the license term you want to renew in Dr.Web online store and pay for the license renewal. Your serial number will be sent to you via e-mail. Register your serial number and immediately receive the Dr.Web key file – the renewal is then complete!
- If you are a user of Dr.Web business license, complete the application web-form at the renewal page.
Only 1,2 or 3-year Dr.Web licenses can be renewed with a discount! The renewal discount is granted if renewing the same product only! A renewal discount cannot be combined with migration discount, or educational discount, or a discount for iSP.

To renew my Dr.Web license online I need to send some key file to Doctor Web, Ltd. manager. What is key file and where can I find it?
A key file is a special text file determining what Dr.Web applications can be used on your computer and the term of your Dr.Web license. The key file has a .key extension and it resides in the Dr.Web installation directory (in MS Windows it is C:\Program Files\DrWeb).
