What should I do, if I need technical support on Dr.Web program?
If you are a registered Dr.web user and have a question on the program's operation, our support team is always ready to help. But before contacting support, we ask you to carefully read our FAQs page, where you can find answers to many of your questions. And, of course, we advise you to study our User manuals supplied with the program.

I have bought Dr.Web anti-virus and used it for some time. It happened, that I had to reinstall my Windows. How do I save my Dr.Web e-license.
Reinstall your Windows and do not be afraid to loose your Dr.Web anti-virus. Even if you do not have a CD-burner in your computer and cannot burn down your current Dr.Web distribution kit, you can always download another Dr.Web distribution kit from our Download section. The downloading is free and you will not have to pay extra money for that. But before to reinstall your Windows, we advise you to save your Dr.Web key file on a diskette and write down your serial number, say, in your notepad.
But even if you forgot to save your key file or a serial number for Dr.Web, you should not have to worry at all! Contact technical support department, state the name you have registered your Dr.Web e-license for and we will restore and send you your Dr.Web key file for free.
