The License agreement supplied with every licensed copy of the Dr.Web anti-virus protects End User rights and declares what our company is obliged to provide.
What does your company guarantee?
The Dr.Web anti-viruses are the software products developed and marketed since 1994.
When selling the Dr.Web anti-viruses, Doctor Web, Ltd. guarantees:
- free technical support during the whole license term
- free updates of the virus databases and program modules
- 30% discount for renewing the Dr.Web license for one year

What are my End User rights?
When buying the Dr.Web anti-viruses, you have the right:

to install the anti-virus on the number of computers (workstations or servers) defined in the license key file
- to receive updates of the virus databases and the program modules during the license term for free
- to receive technical support service during the license term for free
- make no more than three back-up copies of the license key files
- receive a 30% discount when renewing the same Dr.Web license for 1 year
A user has no right
- to use the Software, including user manuals, for earning profit
- to transfer copies of the license key file to any third party or write them onto a media accessible for third parties without a user's knowledge
- to alter, decompile, reverse engineer, decrypt or perform other actions with the object code of the SOFTWARE
- a user must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE after the license agreemnet is terminated.

When does the license term begin?
When you place an order with our online store and pay for the Dr.Web e-license, an e-mail message with a serial number is sent to your mail address. After you register your serial number on the www-site of Doctor Web, Ltd., immediately a license key file is sent to your email address. The license terms begins since the day and moment a license key file is generated for you. The expiration terms depends upon the license you have bought. Your end user rights are guaranteed for the whole license term.
