Ordering

  • How do I place an order?

    Visit Dr.Web online store and choose the product you want to buy. Add it to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Buy" button. When you click the "Buy" button, you enter the shopping cart - this is on a secure https:// type page. Here you can view or update the shopping cart. To add more products just click the "Continue Shopping" button and repeat the buy process.

    Once you have decided on what you want to buy, proceed with entering the billing and delivery information. Here you can also view the content of the shopping cart, including individual prices and totals.

    Please fill in carefully all personal information required in the order form. A very important aspect is the e-mail address where you will receive all details about your order together with future notifications.

    At the end of the order process, depending on the payment method you have chosen, you have the possibility to print the proforma invoice containing details about the transaction :

    If offline payment such as Wire Transfer was selected in the order, confirmation email and Invoice will be sent immediately after placing the order. An email with an activation code and activation instructions will be sent after the payment be processed.

    If online payment such as Credit or Debit Card was selected in the order, Invoice, an email with an activation code and activation instructions will be sent after the payment.

  • What will happen after I place my order?

    After placing the order you will receive an immediate transaction confirmation along with an e-mail containing all order's information. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a message with your Dr.Web registration serial number.

  • How do I track my order?

    Immediately after you paid for the Dr.Web e-license, a message confirming your order is accepted will be sent to you. Save this message. You can track your order in the real time here. If the delivery of your order is delayed, or if you want to receive additional information on it, please contact drweb.eu@noventiq.com

  • How can I cancel my order?

    To cancel an order contact please contact drweb.eu@noventiq.com provide your order number together with the reasons for the cancellation.
